Synopsis
Attend the OMS Educational Program and collaborate with your fellow faculty members on key issues and challenges facing the specialty and dental/medical education.

- Describe the benefits of a national surgical log for OMS residency programs;
- Discuss current national trends in OMS education and recognize their relevance to their own programs; and
