1. Recognize the potential role of milestones in oral and maxillofacial surgery education and training ;
2. Describe the benefits of a national surgical log for OMS residency programs;
3. Discuss current national trends in OMS education and recognize their relevance to their own programs; and
4. Describe coming changes in the PASS application system and their impact on the application process.
