Synopsis

The speaker will review indications and techniques for the virtual design, manufacture and placement of a custom TMJ Alloplastic Total Joint Device. Outcomes experience with 85 patients and 150 joints placed since 2008 (including cases with combined orthoganthic or reconstructive surgery) will be presented.

  1. Recognize indications for and applications of virtually designed custom TMJ alloplastic total joint replacements; and
  2. Assess the advantages of virtually designed custom alloplastic total TMJ replacement.
