1. Use the vision principles in Good to Great and E-Myth Revisited to position their OMS practice for professional success;
2. Smooth their practice workflow by drawing the “value stream” of “lean thinking” through every aspect of the practice. Implement checklists in the workplace to decrease clinical and clerical errors; and
3. Harness their practice leadership style, using the definitions provided by The Power of Change and an understanding of how the JoHari Window affects the self-awareness and interpersonal communication of each member of the practice.
