    Synopsis

    Competition for implant patients has never been stronger. It's not enough to be clinically proficient. Oral and maxillofacial surgeons need to have systems in place to attract patients and also referrals. The speaker will present a variety of systems developed over the last 15 years that have resulted in the practitioner placing over 700 implants a year.

    Learning Objectives
    1. Hire and train a full-time dedicated implant treatment coordinator;
    2. Implement a successful and efficient implant exam sequence using the ITC; and
    3. Institute a variety of marketing techniques and implant practice growth systems that will, over time, will grow their implant practice.
