Synopsis
Quality of care and patient safety are now at the forefront of all healthcare delivery models. Nationally recognized experts in patient safety and quality improvement will provide an overview of current practices in patient safety. Oral and maxillofacial surgeons with their fingers on pulse of the national debate in patient safety will describe how national patient safety goals and benchmarks affects our surgical practices.
