Synopsis
This session will focus on finding ways to help patients rebuild their ridges without taking them through difficult and invasive surgeries. The presentations will focus on the use of surgical or prosthetic options in the esthetic zone, and the use of adjunctive recombinant or cellular materials to correct osseous deformities.

- Identify surgical or prosthetic options for achieving esthetic anterior maxillary restorations.
- Describe new advances in the use of growth factors to enhance soft and hard tissue healing.
- Examine the use of BMP for a multitude of clinical bone defects.
