• a high-speed Internet connection (128 kbps minimum)
• a suitable computer (Windows or Mac-OS-X machine with a sound card and speakers or headphones),
• and appropriate web browsing software (MS Internet Explorer recommended)

The purchase of presentations provides immediate online access to the presentations. Thus, no refunds are allowed. Before purchasing access, please view the sample recording to make sure that your computer equipment and Internet connection can support it.
