Synopsis

This lecture will expand on treatment options for state-of-the-art, implant-based fixed prosthetic dentistry for complete arch indications, providing a practical guide to the rehabilitation of the Immediate full arch, and the laboratory steps used to create an immediate full arch prostheses. Diagnosis and treatment planning for the edentulous patient, principles, advantages and biomechanics of the Keystone Arch treatment concept, surgical techniques for implant placement, prosthetic considerations such as fabrication and insertion of an immediate-load provisional bridge, multi-unit abutment connection, CAD/CAM design and considerations for the final prosthesis will be discussed.
