    Synopsis

This session is a repeat of SM25.
This session will review the current literature and research efforts reporting outcomes following surgical treatment of obstructive sleep apnea. This information will then be correlated with an algorithmic approach to treatment so attendees will be better able to provide an evidence-based thought process for surgical treatment planning of the OSA patient.

    Learning Objectives
    1. Summarize the current literature reporting outcomes following various surgical procedures for treatment of obstructive sleep apnea; and
    2. Describe a comprehensive evidence-based treatment algorithm for surgical management of obstructive sleep apnea.
