Complications associated with implant therapy can have a devastating effect on the final outcome of treatment. Emphasis will be given to risk assessment and proper treatment planning principles.
- Discuss pre-operative risk assessment of critical factors associated with esthetic complications;
- Consider risks factors associated with peri-implant disease; and
- Describe management of the failing and ailing implants (labial tissue recession, esthetic failures, etc.)
