    Synopsis

    In today’s surgery practice it is more important than ever to understand that everyone wants the business from the referral sources in your area. Today’s referrals are cultured to desire a different response. Today’s referring doctors are interested in a long-term connection an extended member of their team they can rely on and trust. Surgery practices are inundated with expectations from both patients and referrals. The speaker will discuss a system that allows you to better understand the expectations of your referrals and their patients. Many surgery practices today are relying as much on referrals from patients and outside marketing attempts as they are the direct referrals. Generalists getting out of school have more and more debt and need - no, want - to keep more and more treatment in house. The “Life-Long Connection” model we use is what works when you are in it for the long haul.

    1. Understand how the right words can impact your bottom line;
    2. Discover how to avoid change and embrace transformation; and
