Synopsis

This course will present in a case-based format the rationale and treatment progression in the management of temporomandibular joint disorders. The course will also review surgical techniques ranging from arthrocentesis to alloplastic total joint prosthesis and their outcomes.

  2. Recognize the objectives of the various treatment options and how to achieve excellent outcomes; and
