This course will discuss how to obtain a fair and reasonable deal in selling or buying a practice, including an examination of the financial, legal, tax, operational and negotiating issues of the transaction from the perspectives of sellers and buyers.

- Understand how a practice sale/purchase can be structured from a legal and contractual perspective; and
- Understand the components of the sale/purchase process from an operations perspective.
