Synopsis

This course will review the etiology and treatment principles of pediatric maxillofacial trauma. Clinical cases will be presented to reinforce treatment principles. The differences between adult and pediatric facial trauma treatment will be discussed.

  2. Discuss the treatment principles for managing pediatric maxillofacial trauma; and
  3. Explain the differences in managing pediatric and adult facial trauma.
