Synopsis

Because of failing dental restorations, replacement of teeth can be challenging due to soft and hard tissue loss. This presentation will develop practical algorithms to guide surgeons to treatment plan and orchestrate the plan using digital technology combined form the use of a variety of grafting materials. Multiple cases will be shown and attendee interaction is encouraged.

Learning Objectives
  1. Describe the use of cone beam scans combined with planning software to virtually set up the final restoration to guide implant placement;
  2. Explain the use of static and dynamic navigation for optimal implant positioning; and
  3. Appreciate different practical methods for immediate provisionalization using fixed and removable prostheses.
