    Synopsis

    Referrals don’t go away, they go to someone else while you’re trying to figure out what happened. Working with specialists and general dentists, the speaker is uniquely qualified to help you discover how to re-engage relationships with referring offices and recover patients who are lost on their way to treatment.

    Learning Objectives
    1. Evaluate referral relationships and identify communication challenges;
    2. Conduct an intervention to determine the truth about lost referrals and relationships; and
    3. Re-engage relationships with referring doctors, their team, and their patients
