Collaborate with your fellow faculty members on key issues and challenges facing the specialty and dental/medical education as a whole.

1. Recognize the value of milestones in oral and maxillofacial surgery education and training;
2. Describe the benefits of a national surgical log for OMS residency programs;
3. Apply resident evaluation outcomes to program assessment and improvement; and
4. Recognize specific content that is germane to the core of residency education and training.
