    Synopsis

    This course will focus on different management styles, their attributes and when they are best utilized in the practice setting. Participants will be encouraged to interject examples of how they are successfully using different management styles in their OMS practices.

    Learning Objectives
    1. Provide a variety of practice management examples to illustrate that there are many ways to distinguish and act upon practice-related issues and solutions; and
    2. Demonstrate the need for management assessment and ongoing improvement.
