Synopsis
The session will provide the practitioner with guidelines for comprehensive treatment and dental rehabilitation of patients with bony defects in the head and neck. Speakers will discuss bony reconstructive options with an emphasis on optimising implant-based dental rehabilitation. Innovative approaches will be highlighted.

- Discuss the different bony reconstructions for optimizing dental rehabilitation;
- Discuss the soft tissue peri-implant environment in defects reconstructed with bone flaps; and
- Share new and innovative techniques to harvest and shape bone to optimize implant placement.
