There are many options available for the rehabilitation of the edentulous patient including advanced bone grafting procedures as well as less invasive techniques. More than ever, efficient surgical procedures and prosthetic flexibility are necessary and demand an accommodating implant. The concept of immediate loading of four implants with two tilted distal implants takes advantage of available bone and avoids vital structures and reduces grafting. This presentation will discuss patient diagnosis and treatment planning for the edentulous patient using the All-on-4® technique enabling the clinician to effectively access an untapped patient base.
