    Synopsis

    The presenters have isolated the top practice questions and issues they have encountered. The facilitated roundtable discussions will consider the most common practice questions. Participants will have open dialog into their success and failures as related to the most common practice questions. This course will focus on different management styles, their attributes and when they are best utilized in the practice setting. Participants will be encouraged to interject examples of how they are successfully using different management styles in their OMS practices.

    Learning Objectives
    1. Contrast different management styles for resolving common practice problems; and
    2. Discuss management styles that need to be assessed prior to attempting to solve a problem.
