    This course will focus on starting an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice, buying an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice, and joining an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice.

    Learning Objectives
    1. Evaluate the pros, cons, risks and benefits of buying, starting, or joining a practice;
    2. Discuss the overall costs of transition into private practice via buying, starting, or joining a practice; and
    3. Determine the basic steps needed to ensure they are minimizing their risk and maximizing their success, whether they decide to buy, start, or join a practice.
