Synopsis
An innovative approach to office-based anesthesia centered completely on airway patency and ventilatory adequacy will be emphasized. Patient selection, preparation, monitoring, techniques and complications will be covered in detail. The propofol-remifentanil technique, introduced by this speaker in 2006, will be discussed in detail.

- Differentiate three types of videolaryngoscopes and identify pros and cons of each; and
