    Synopsis

    Step-by-step high definition videos of pearls and surgical techniques for cleft lip and palate surgery in high definition. The videos will demonstrate the following techniques: unilateral cleft lip repair, bilateral cleft lip repair, palatoplasty, pharyngeal flap, and alveolar cleft reconstruction with rh-BMP2.

    Learning Objectives
    1. Increase the number of oral and maxillofacial surgeons performing cleft lip and palate surgery;
    2. Educate the oral and maxillofacial surgeon about the most common surgical techniques for cleft lip and palate repair; and
    3. Motivate oral and maxillofacial surgery residents to perform these procedures when they complete their training.
