Synopsis
Since the advent of rigid/semi-rigid fixation techniques, management of condylar fractures has been an ongoing source of controversy. Each surgeon will present their view on the main variables that determine the treatment of choice - open or closed - pointing out indications, contraindications, advantages and disadvantages.
