Synopsis

This symposium will provide guidance in decision-making when addressing multiple facial fractures, concomitant injuries or comorbidities. Cases and the presenting scenario given with images, photographs and history will be reviewed by panelists.

Learning Objectives
  1. Employ 3D imaging modalities and intraoperative navigation to aid in planning and definitive treatment of complex facial injuries.
  2. Describe various critical elements that affect decision-making and facial trauma surgery.
  3. Explain the need for a definitive and properly sequenced treatment plan and utilize various approaches in treatment of complex facial injuries.
