This presentation will review principles and step-by-step techniques for performing commonly used soft tissue grafting and esthetic periodontal plastic procedures around natural dentition and dental implants. Clinical case examples and video footage will demonstrate indications and proper sequencing of specific soft tissue augmentation procedures with hard tissue grafting and implant placement.

1. Relate the anatomic basis and principles of oral soft tissue grafting and periodontal plastic surgery procedures.
2. Discuss the indications and surgical techniques for soft tissue grafting and esthetic periodontal plastic surgery procedures commonly performed around natural dentition and dental implants.
3. Understand how to properly sequence soft tissue grafting and esthetic periodontal plastic surgery procedures with hard tissue grafting and implant placement.
