    Synopsis

    This course will provide a point/counterpoint discussion regarding the merits of free tissue transfer vs. traditional corticocancellous bone grafting techniques. Discussion of augmentation techniques such as PRP and BMP will be included.

    1. Demonstrate in-depth understanding of factors influencing reconstructive technique selection for segmental mandibular defects.
    2. Visualize a framework for applying adjunctive materials/techiques appropriately during mandibular reconstructions.
