Synopsis

This procedure involving one incision through which both the osteotomy and the hyoid procedure are performed will be described using video and powerpoint presentations. Autogenous bone grafting to reconstruct the defect is also discussed. Experience with over 300 patients will be shared relating to patient selection according to the severity of airway obstruction.
