    Learning Objectives
    1. Describe the anatomic basis and principles of soft tissue positioning as well as the clinical relevance of the development of scar contracture.
    2. Describe the anatomic basis and principles of fat pad positioning and the long-term impact atrophy has in the facial appearance of the patient.
    3. Describe the anatomic planes of the skin and clinical relevance for soft tissue regeneration.
