Synopsis
Facial cosmetic surgery has become an integral part of the scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Rhinoplasty, in particular, has been a significantly valuable tool that complements other procedures that are commonly performed in our practices: orthognathic surgery, post-traumatic reconstruction, cleft care, etc.
Learning Objectives
- Discuss the evaluation, treatment planning and delivery of the rhinoplasty procedure.
- Explain the pertinent surgical anatomy and treatment modalities involved with rhinoplasty.
- Explain how to apply rhinoplasty evaluation and treatment planning to other treatment options.
