    Synopsis

    Step-by-step high definition videos of pearls and surgical techniques for cleft lip and palate surgery. The videos will demostrate the following techniques: unilateral cleft lip repair, bilateral cleft lip repair, palatoplasty, pharyngeal flap, and alveolar cleft reconstruction with rh-BMP2.

    1. Explain the most common surgical techniques for cleft lip and palate repair.
    2. Discuss treatment of the cleft lip and palate patient.
    3. Increase the motivation of oral and maxillofacial surgery residents to perform these procedures when they complete their training.
