Synopsis
This team presentation features a surgeon and a cleft speech pathologist who will offer a comprehensive overview of the diagnosis and management of velopharyngeal disorders in the cleft population. This will include audio and video samples of articulation and resonance disorders, and the work-up, including endoscopy and surgery.
