    Synopsis

    The presenters have isolated the top practice questions and issues they have encountered most often in OMS practice management. The facilitated roundtable discussions will consider the most common practice questions. Participants will have open dialog into their success and failures as related to the most common practice questions. This open forum roundtable will focus on different management styles, their attributes and when they are best utilized in the practice setting. Participants will be encouraged to interject examples of how they are successfully using different management styles in the operations of OMS practices.

    1. Contrast different management styles in resolving common practice problems.
    2. Discuss management styles that need to be assessed prior to attempting to solve a problem.
