    Synopsis

OMS practices often reach a performance plateau and struggle with increasing practice performance. This fast-paced course will define the strategies that will allow the OMS practice to progress from good to great. The course will provide objective measurement for a great OMS practice and then provide the action steps to achieve this exceptional level of performance.

    Learning Objectives
    1. Increase practice performance by meeting six specific goals/steps: practice profitability of 50% or higher, fund a retirement/pension plan, use state-of-the-art technology and equipment, enjoy working with your team, referrals, and be a doctor who is satisfied with the mix of treatment.
    2. Define common stumbling blocks that cause a practice to plateau.
    3. Implement business systems, such as referral programs, to improve practice performance.
