This session focuses on the different styles of verbal and non-verbal communication that we use each day with our patients, referrals, team and employer. Your office environment is affected by your staff's attitudes, body language, listening skills, personalities and interpersonal relationships. Discover how to make all of these individual differences work cooperatively to encourage a positive atmosphere in your office and be the one that referrals choose first.
